Why we love working at Promethera:
Vanessa Codutti, Expert Quality Assurance Promethera Biosciences SA
After being a Manufacturing Supervisor for 5 years, I have taken up the challenge of Expert in Quality Assurance. During both assignments I had the chance to learn a lot in different fields. As a member of Promethera for nearly 7 years, I have grown personally and professionally and lived Promethera’s different growth stages. All issues, challenges and successes shared with my colleagues are fulfilling and keep me going.
Philippe Ducarme, Supply Chain Senior Manager, Promethera Biosciences SA
Working in a small yet trailblazing company like Promethera is a great opportunity to show your skills and make a real difference.
Helping patients to recover a healthy liver is an inspiring challenge. Tackling it by means of the booming cell therapy technologies makes working here even more compelling.
Sonya Meheux, Director of Operations Promethera Biosciences LLC
After working in the cell therapy industry for over 15 years, I have grown to appreciate how important our contribution is to the recipients of our drug. Being able to receive the wonderful donation of a liver, to process it and give the cells to a patient is a highlight of why I enjoy working for Promethera. Although manufacturing is a delicate and sometimes arduous task, the reward of treatment is very fulfilling. I appreciate the people and company that help to bring this and future products to those that need cellular treatment and hope to continue my contribution to the betterment of that goal.
Tim Smaldone, Donor Development Manager- Eastern Region Promethera Biosciences LLC:
“I have been working for Promethera for nearly 8 years. I have learned and grown personally and professionally during this time. The company provides a critical purpose in the donation field and we take it seriously. Each and every family I have met, who have so generously given us the gift of life, have been so supportive of our cause and thanked us for our dedication. We have developed strong business and personal ties with our OPO partners and their support is non-wavering. The future of this company is very exciting as its impact, on a global basis, continues to grow. I am proud to work for Promethera and the mission we have embarked upon. “
